Tell us a little about your role
Customer service is all about making sure our customers have the help that they need and an overall fantastic experience with the company.
What’s your favourite thing about V-TUF?
The great products, it is amazing to see the level of development and testing that goes into the new lines during their research stage. I am really excited to see what the next year brings and which way the brand heads.
What’s it like being a Customer Service and Accounts Manager at V-TUF?
The two words that would best describe it are ‘challenging’ and ‘satisfying’. Trying to make sure that we help customers and do our utmost to give them the outcome they hope for is a fine balance.

I am a complete chocoholic!
And your most memorable moment during your career so far with V-TUF?
I don’t have a specific one. Anything to do with helping customers is memorable; I’ve made some really great friendships!
What’s your favourite thing to do outside of work?
Having fun with friends and family, it is nice to relax and enjoy my time with them.
