The beginning of a New Year affords us the opportunity to reflect on all that we set out to achieve during 2018 and the magnificent experiences we were given on the way.
2018 was truly an amazing year for us and the V-TUF family, with new product launches, new retailers, and most importantly new V-TUF fans. For all the relationships we have had the honour of developing we are eternally grateful.
We are a team dedicated to the mission of improving health in commercial and domestic environments.
Our energetic and passionate bunch is the driving force that allows us to develop new products, deliver on our promises and offer the exceptional service that our retailers and customers have come to expect.
How do we make sure that all team members feel a part of the V-TUF family? It’s simple really, our company culture and all of our daily activities, our interactions with staff, their interactions with clients, or our communication with our fantastic customers are derived from five key elements; honesty, flexibility, loyalty, empowerment, and gratitude.
As well as the mission to improve health around the world, we also hope to grow as a family, and naturally this means searching for talented, passionate individuals to join our eclectic mix. In 2018 we welcomed three new members to the team:
Mike Neild, our Rock and Roll Business Development & Brand Manager joined the V-TUF team early in the year and is now well versed in making sure we develop the best relationships with potential and existing retailers.
Megan Beaumont followed soon after and in the brief time she was with us she made waves as our QHSE Operations Assistant. So many essential elements of our day to day organisation were improved through her in depth research and tenacity.
Our final star of 2018 is Ryan Ward, entering into his essential role as Warehouse Manager. Ryan was faced with the task of moving our premises whilst ensuring our operations remained smooth and efficient. Safe to say we are one lucky family, his expertise in Operations saw us through and we are looking forward to seeing him flourish.
Throughout 2019 there will be every opportunity for you to make your mark on an organisation that strives to really make a difference in the world and cares for something more than just the bottom line on a financial statement.
Targeted products, designed for their affordability, versatility, and sustainability.
Whether you are looking to combat dust on site, restore a premises after flooding, or just looking to enhance your industrial cleaning arsenal to combat dirt, we have you covered. If our product cannot enhance on site efficiency or improve health then it doesn’t make it past the planning stages, we are extremely particular about what our customers receive from the V-TUF brand.
2018 saw the launch of our dust extraction vacuums; the new and improved Mini 110v and 240v extraction vacs were the first to hit the market and proved to be our most popular choice for small, mobile dust extraction.
Add to the dust extraction offering our H class Midi and Midi Syncro and we realised that the need for different extraction efficiencies and size of dust extractors was something our customers valued. Keep your eyes peeled in 2019 for some great new additions to the dust extraction range.
Throw in a 90 litre capacity wet and dry vacuum, tool synchronising auxiliary plug, and a tungsten carbide paint scraping dust extraction attachment and you get the idea of the types of solutions we hope to build on this year.
We are more determined than ever to expand our range of products that actively work to improve health whilst remaining cost efficient, so why not check out some of the exhibitions and events we’ll be at throughout the months ahead?
Supporting thought and research leaders in their bid to improve health and well-being around the world.
Investing in the research and support offered by the British Lung Foundation was a no brainer for us. Their important work to improve health and quality of life for those suffering with lung diseases throughout the UK resonated with our team’s mission and values.
We were proud to be able to donate to and be part of the Living Well Alliance during 2018 and got to see some truly amazing advancement in treatment and understanding that will continue to benefit lung disease sufferers for many years to come.
Whilst we are sadly unable to be part of the Living Well Alliance for 2019, we will be doing all we can to support a number of charities, such as the Mavis Nye Foundation and the British Lung Foundation throughout the year.
Passionate about our position.
Having been based in Lincoln since the 90’s we are passionate about the amazing city we inhabit and feel that our Midlands location brings great opportunities both logistically and for quality of life.
Our old premises on Crofton Drive within the Allenby Industrial Estate saw us grow and adapt over 19 years, but with an increase in demand comes a need for greater product capacity, leading us to our new premises as of December 2018!
Located on Till Bridge Lane in Scampton, our larger premises will allow us to evolve even further over the coming year, and hopefully for the next five, ten or even fifteen years after that.
We have worked tirelessly to raise awareness on health and sustainability issues over these last 12 months. Our mission remains as important as ever, and 2019 is looking to be our most exciting year yet!
Until next time,
The V-TUF Family.
